Community Research Partners Releases New Analysis of Local WIA Policies in Ohio

Today Community Research Partners released Local WIA Policy in Ohio: An analysis of policies that impact training services for adults. A goal of the research, which examines four key policy areas, is to provide information that supports increased targeting of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds to populations with the greatest barriers to employment, greater state-level policy direction, and more consistency in policies and services across Ohio’s 20 local workforce investment areas.
