• Overview

    In 2007, Community Research Partners launched the Ohio Workforce Coalition. The Coalition brings together leaders from education and training institutions, economic and workforce development organizations, business and industry, labor, and human service providers. The Coalition promotes public policies that build the skills of adult workers, meet employer skill needs, and strengthen the workforce system to ensure opportunity and prosperity for Ohio families.

About Community Research Partners

Since 2007, Community Research Partners, an independent 501(c)3 organization based in Columbus, has convened the Ohio Workforce Coalition.

As the lead Ohio agency for the national Working Poor Families Project, CRP has built a reputation and expertise in the field of workforce development. CRP has produced several research reports and conducted several meetings and conferences (including the 2006 Investing in Workers conference).
