Legislative Meeting

Today Bobbie Garber and I are going to meet with Ohio Representative Sandra Williams to talk about workforce development in Ohio.  Representative Williams (D-11) is chair of the Economic Development committee and is interested in working to shorten the time it takes for Ohioans to become reemployed.  I’ll write more this afternoon.

One Response

  1. We went to the meeting yesterday and we were invited back today to testify before the House Economic Development Committee on the importance of education and training to the future of Ohio’s companies, workers, and job-seekers. I am writing the testimony and will post it when I’m done.
