One Ohio Now Coordinator:
A new statewide campaign to ensure adequate and equitable funding of public services in OHIO seeks a high-level coordinator to develop and manage this effort, under direction of a steering committee. The coalition advocates for addressing Ohio’s ongoing budget challenges with a balanced approach that includes new revenues. The Coordinator will play a critical role in developing strategy, expanding coalition membership, and executing a shared agenda for achieving the campaign’s goals.

ABLE Coordinator:
ABLE (Advocates for Budget Legislation Equality) is seeking a community organizer who will be responsible for involving and mobilizing individuals, organizations and agencies in Northern Ohio, from Youngstown to Toledo, with an office based in Cleveland. This work will focus on the upcoming state budget process, with a priority on increasing state revenue for vital services. A particular focus is to involve and empower community members in budget decisions which impact their lives.

The Campaign to Protect Ohio’s Future (CTPOF) is a state-wide coalition of health, human services, and early care and education groups focused on increasing the understanding of Ohioans and their policy makers of the value of publicly funded services. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to lead the next stage in the development of an eight-year-old coalition whose purpose is to advocate for adequate public funding for health and human services in Ohio. This staff position motivates, guides, and leads the day-to-day work of the Campaign.
