Hard Hatted Women will be conducting a FREE 40 hour career exploration program for women interested in learning more about trades and technical jobs. Open to women 18 years of age or older in the Columbus area, the WISE Pathways program provides a great opportunity for women to learn about high paying career options they may not have considered. Conducted on the campus of Columbus State Community College, the program includes evening and Saturday sessions beginning November 30, 2010.
We will be holding orientation sessions about Hard Hatted Women and the WISE Pathways program on Wednesday, October 13th at Martin Luther King Branch Library, 1600 East Long Street Columbus, OH from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and on Wednesday November 3rd at Hilliard Branch Library, 4772 Cemetery Rd. Hilliard, OH from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. All interested women are strongly encouraged to attend one of these information orientation sessions.
I have attached an information flyer and application form. Please forward these materials to your staff and clients who may benefit from this program.
If you have any questions concerning WISE Pathways, or if you need additional materials, please contact Olivia Morris at 614-859-9469 or email her at omorris.
