Description:

Morning Session: OJT Training with John Chamberlin (9:00 a.m. to Noon) On-the Job Training (OJT) provides a strategic opportunity to enhance the delivery of workforce services in your local area. This session will provide local workforce program representatives with information and training on policy requirements, forms and templates, and a comprehensive procedure manual that will result in a more consistent delivery of OJT program opportunities across the state.

Afternoon Session: OJT NEG Training with Ron Weber (1:00-3:00 p.m.) The afternoon session will provide a comprehensive review of Ohio’s OJT National Emergency Grant, covering the following topics:

 * Policy and form templates for this grant (recap of the October 27th video conference)

 * Data entry, reporting, and fiscal process (recap of the October 27th video conference)

 * Answers to frequently asked questions

 * Clarification on policy questions received at the Department of Labor’s regional training on November 4th
