The Coalition promotes public policies that build the skills of adult workers, meet employer skill needs, and strengthen the workforce system to ensure opportunity and prosperity for Ohio families.

On August 27 the Ohio Workforce Coalition and TalentNEO hosted a webinar on Skillful, a collaboration of businesses, state government, non-profits, and educators forging a new way of creating and accessing opportunity

Director Ryan Burgess from the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation shared an overview of Ohio’s engagement in the Skillful Network. Joe Barela, Director of Skillful Colorada, and Melissa Rey, Associate at Skillful Colorado, shared the importance of skills-based strategies and how you can access the Skillful tools.
