Engaging Employers

  1. Each Quality Coach will connect with 10-15 employers between June and September to encourage them to take the Opportunity Navigator. We encourage a cadence of 3-4 connections after each training session, but you can engage more employers toward the beginning of the project if you'd like.

    • Our aim is that 50% of the employers that are contacted will complete the Opportunity Navigator.

    • When approaching employers, you can send them the following handout: What is the Opportunity Navigator?

  2. Quality Coaches will attend 6 training sessions and 4 peer learning groups hosted by the Ohio Workforce
Coalition and designed to provide information, resources, and learning about how to best support employers in implementing job and workplace redesign strategies. Quality Coaches will be able to advise employers about quality workplace strategies and resources strategies

  3. Quality Coaches will have follow-up conversations throughout the duration of the project (June through November) with each employer on their list who takes the Opportunity Navigator to discuss their results from the Opportunity Navigator, potential solutions, and the impact and/or progress of any solutions that have been implemented as a result of this project.
